Tracey has been a Master Level Reiki Practitioner and Teacher since 2008. Having worked with hundreds of clients and students she is able to assist you on your own wellness journey. Working with the emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical bodies, Tracey can assist you within all of these areas.
Tracey is certified and licensed through the Canadian Reiki Association.

Fall Equinox Drum Circle Lanspeary Park 4pm
Yay! Another Drum Circle!
Our next one will be held on the Fall Equinox, Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at Lanspeary Park, 4pm, to celebrate the turning of the wheel. Tracey Rogers and Nelson Ing will be facilitating the circle.
We will have some extra instruments for folks to use!
Everyone is welcome - adults and children. This will be a FREE event as always. Never drummed? Never mind! This is for beginners and experienced drummers - we promise that everyone will be able to drum along!
When: Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 4pm - 5pm
Where: South East Corner of Lanspeary Park on the grass
(near corner of Ottawa and Pierre)
Cost: FREE - we will be accepting donations on behalf of the House of Sophrosyne, a women's Recovery treatment home in Windsor. Suggested donation: $10
*a fun activity to do with the kids if you don't have instruments, is to make rattles with a plastic water bottle and stones inside, and then decorate them with ribbons, paint, glitter - whatever makes you happy!
*this event is good weather dependent. We cannot drum in the rain.
Reiki Level III (Master/Teacher Degree)
Facilitated by Reiki Master Tracey Rogers
In these classes you will:
• learn the Master Symbol
• review symbols from Level II, along with experiences using them
• be given the Master Level attunement
• learning how to give attunements to students
• learn how to use a pendulum for checking chakras
• some basic crystal use for treatments
• reviewing the Code of Ethics
• some marketing ideas for your Reiki practice
• doing complete sessions as if you were with a client
After these two classes are completed you will be given your Level III Reiki certificate, which includes Master Level.
Why Pursue Reiki Level III?
Master Level Reiki gives you the freedom to teach and spread the healing on a much larger scale. This level gives you the tools needed to complete your training, receive full certification, and pass on what you know to others. If you've come this far Reiki is obviously a passion and something you love to do. I thank you for sharing that passion!
Tracey Rogers received her Reiki Master certificate in 2008.
Tracey is certified with the Canadian Reiki Association. Learning from a certified teacher will streamline the process of certification for you if you choose to pursue Reiki as more than an at-home practice.

Introduction to Crystals Facilitated by Tracey Rogers
This workshop is designed to introduce beginners to the different ways we can tap into the energy of crystals to benefit us in our lives. In this class you will learn:
- the difference between raw and tumbled
- the different shapes of crystals, such as generators and pyramids, and why we would use different shapes
- how to program crystals
- how to dedicate crystals
- basics of how to create a crystal grid
You will receive a manual created by the instructor to take home.

Reiki Share
Facilitated by Tracey Rogers
A Reiki share is an opportunity for former students and members of the community who have studied Reiki at level One or up to get together and work with the healing energies as a group. It also gives students who are looking to complete CEU’s for association membership an opportunity to collect those hours.
These are wonderfully heart centred events. We encourage you to come out and spend time with the Reiki community if you have studied Level I or up.
This is a Free event.

Meditation Through Spirit
Facilitated by David Schultz
The Spirit world is very close and eager to assist our personal development and communicate with us.
Join like minded people in a group meditation impressed by Spirit through Medium David Schultz. David will channel Spirit with a group message to everyone in the beginning followed by the meditation. This is a guided meditation that will primarily focus on intuitive and psychic development. No matter what your experience is, there will be something for everyone.
You are invited to share your experience and David will assist in interpretation. Questions are always encouraged and some of those attending may receive messages.

Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls
Facilitated by Alanna Goulet
Join us for a night of sound, healing, connection, and meditation, with certified sound healer Alanna Goulet. Working with the ethereal sounds, vibrations and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks we will balance our chakras and let go of blocks, thoughts, feelings, and emotions that no longer serve us.
The focus of the evening will be on balance.
Libra energy offers peace, harmony and balance. We will be inspired to create and cultivate these themes in our life.
How can we bring more balance into our lives? What do we need to let go of or welcome in, to allow a greater sense of Harmony.
The sun will be in Libra and the moon will start in Virgo and shift into Libra during our evening; Offering us both energies! With Four planets and Chiron in retrograde, we are reevaluating certain areas of our lives. Continuing to reflect on our goals and priorities, and to make sure we're moving in the right direction.

How to Work With & Create Crystal Grids

In this workshop we will develop our knowledge of Crystal Grids further:

In this class you will learn:
• the history and principles of Reiki
• the chakras, meridians and how to become energy sensitive
• hand positions for Reiki
• self treatment and treating another with Reiki
• introductory Usui Reiki techniques
After this class is completed you will receive a Certificate for Reiki Level I, as well as the full outline for how to become a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
Why Learn Reiki?
Reiki can be done on yourself or family, friends and pets. Reiki is an excellent way to start developing your sensitivity to energy further. If you work with Reiki you will bring more balance into your life and develop a deeper ability to clear your mind, clear your energy and clear away physical and emotional blocks to wellness.

Affirmations - A Self-Love Workshop
Facilitated by Tracey Rogers
It is no secret that how we speak to our selves and about our selves affects the choices we make, how we treat our self and how we allow others to treat us. One of the first steps on our Self-Love Journey is paying attention to how we are using our words – either to help our self or hurt our self.
In this workshop we will be discussing some of the ways to increase our awareness of how we are speaking to our self – whether it’s out loud or in our head, because awareness of our self-talk is the very first step. We will work on how to create powerful affirmations. We will discuss some words and language to avoid that will help us to move in the direction of our goals.
By the end of this workshop you will have a clear idea of the steps to take to identify limiting thoughts about yourself and your life, and how to create and work on affirmations and statements that move you closer and closer to self love, and to the life you are working on creating.
Class comes with a manual created by Tracey Rogers.
